In-Home Direct Care Provider – Companion/Personal Assistant Services

Compensation: Starting at $16.50/hour (based on experience and availability)

About the Role

Omni Care Solutions of Florida II is hiring caring and dependable Direct Care Providers in Orlando to support individuals with disabilities or special needs through personal care services. As a team member, you’ll help clients maintain independence and quality of life through non-medical support, companionship, and meaningful engagement in their daily routines. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and encourage community involvement
• Assist clients with light household tasks and routine activities
• Support clients in maintaining independent living skills
• Escort clients to community events, appointments, or outings
• Accurately document services and communicate observations to supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 6 months of experience in caregiving, direct care, or related services
• Must pass a Level 2 background screening
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills

Employment Type

• 1099- Contractor status
