About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Software Developer to join a dynamic enterprise team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical Java EE and front-end applications.

You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performing software solutions following structured development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications
• Develop detailed programming specifications, write and generate code, and conduct unit testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues during implementation and operation
• Collaborate across teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Conduct design walkthroughs and provide post-implementation support

Mandatory Skills

10+ years of experience in developing n-tier enterprise applications

10+ years of hands-on Java Enterprise development

Strong expertise in Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, and application design patterns

Solid experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or jQuery

Proficient with Databases (Azure Cosmos DB, Postgres, Oracle, PL/SQL)

Experience with Eclipse IDE or Rational Application Developer

Proven ability in deployment, debugging, and performance optimization

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, TDD, and Automated Testing
• Strong understanding of Web Services and SOA
• Experience with BPM tools (Camunda BPM, IBM Process Server, jBPM, Drools)
• Familiarity with security frameworks (Spring Security, Apache Shiro, ForgeRock)
• Knowledge of Accessibility (AODA) compliance standards
