We are expanding our U.S. technical team and seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer to contribute to next-generation blockchain solutions and high-impact Web3 products.

Role Overview

As a Blockchain Developer at Blockchain Life, you will architect, develop, and deploy scalable blockchain-based applications and smart contracts. You will work closely with product leaders, engineers, and global partners across the Web3 ecosystem to build secure, high-performance solutions that empower our platform and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, or applicable languages)
• Architect blockchain-based systems and integrate them with existing infrastructure
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and supporting microservices
• Participate in code reviews, audits, and security best practices
• Optimize performance, gas efficiency, and protocol-level logic
• Work with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into technical solutions
• Stay updated with the latest Web3 technologies, protocols, and security research

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States
• 3–7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in blockchain/Web3
• Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go for smart contract & protocol development
• Hands-on experience with EVM blockchains, Layer-2 networks, or Substrate frameworks
• Solid understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems
• Experience deploying and interacting with smart contracts (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, etc.)
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, or Python
• Knowledge of security standards: reentrancy, overflows, signature validation, etc.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, agile, fast-paced environment
• Preferred Experience (Nice To Have)
• Experience with cross-chain messaging or interoperability protocols
• Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs (ZK-SNARKs, STARKs)
• Contributions to open-source Web3 projects
• Experience with DeFi, NFT infrastructure, or blockchain analytics
