Collaborate with Product function to define strategic roadmaps.
Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients and vendors.
Partner with other Engineering Managers and Architects to improve the Engineering function.
Implement and enforce best practices, such as code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Manage and prioritize bug reports and feature requests.
Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer support requests and issues.
