• Build high-performing teams through effective communication, technical leadership, and collaboration.
• Recruit and onboard new talent.
• Define project scope and objectives, creating project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with Product function to define strategic roadmaps.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients and vendors.
• Partner with other Engineering Managers and Architects to improve the Engineering function.
• Implement and enforce best practices, such as code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Manage and prioritize bug reports and feature requests.
• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer support requests and issues.
