Join Our Team as a Dental Receptionist!

Bilingual Dental Front Office Coordinator (Must have 2+yrs exp)

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily patient schedules to ensure smooth office flow
Confirm, adjust, and optimize appointments as needed to maximize productivity
Verify and accurately record dental insurance eligibility and benefits
Serve as the primary contact for patients and families via phone, text, and in-person visits
Support providers by maintaining an efficient, well-organized schedule
Assist patients with scheduling, insurance questions, and general inquiries
Handle cancellations, reschedules, and urgent requests with professionalism and empathy
Manage patient check-in, check-out, paperwork, and payments as needed
Protect patient privacy and maintain compliance with all HIPAA and office policies

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience, including insurance verification and eligibility
Strong understanding of dental terminology and administrative procedures
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service focus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a busy environment
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and provide outstanding customer service
Fluent in Spanish – able to communicate confidently in person and over the phone (basic knowledge is not sufficient)
