🕘 Schedule: Full‑Time | Exempt | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🏥 Setting: On‑site Retail Pharmacy

Position Overview

The Manager, Retail Pharmacy is responsible for the overall operational, regulatory, and financial performance of the Spring Lake retail pharmacy location. This leader will oversee daily operations, supervise pharmacy staff, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (including 340B), and drive growth and performance of the Scripts to Go program supporting orthopedic patients.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on pharmacy leader who enjoys operational ownership, team development, and program growth in a high‑impact ambulatory setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily retail pharmacy operations
• Supervise, schedule, coach, and develop pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy, federal regulations, and 340B requirements
• Manage pharmacy budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs
• Lead and grow the Scripts to Go program, ensuring quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
• Partner with ambulatory leadership and orthopedic teams to optimize pharmacy services
• Drive continuous quality improvement and staff engagement initiatives

Education & Licensure

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD (required)
• Active Florida Board of Pharmacy license (in good standing; renewed every two years)

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Retail Pharmacist

OR

• 3+ years in a retail pharmacy management or supervisory role
• Strong working knowledge of pharmacy operations, business management, and pharmacy law
• Experience managing staff, workflows, and performance metrics preferred
