• A minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing AI tools in a professional setting, not just casually.
• Proficiency in:
• REST APIs and webhooks
• Basic authentication methods (API keys, OAuth, etc.)
• Software development fundamentals (JavaScript/TypeScript or a similar language)
• Familiarity with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, and CRMs (you don’t need to know all, but should be eager to learn quickly with the help of AI).
• Ability to switch contexts smoothly—one moment in Google Apps Script, the next in HubSpot, or configuring a workflow in another SaaS platform.
• Must be located in Nocatee, FL (hybrid onsite/remote; onsite cadence is flexible but we prefer someone who can collaborate in-person regularly).
• A strong emphasis on ownership, follow-through, and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Deliver AI (and non-AI) assisted automations that reduce manual tasks and create significant business impact for our clients.
• Integrate APIs and webhooks to connect client tools and ensure reliable data transfer between CRMs, ERPs, phone systems, and various SaaS platforms.
• Use AI daily to:
• Rapidly learn new software
• Draft and enhance code
• Debug and optimize workflows
• Build and maintain monitoring and reliability features, such as logging, alerting, graceful fallbacks, and idempotency.
• Document processes clearly for customers and future team members.
• Collaborate with the founder on solution design—often starting from a disorganized client workflow and determining the most efficient way to automate it.
