We’re looking for experienced quality assurance professionals—particularly those with experience in software QA and test engineering—to help develop and review tasks that assess whether AI tools behave as expected under real-world constraints.

Project Overview

- Short-term engagement through December 29, 2025, requiring ~40–100 hours
- Work begins with a paid trial (lasting 2–4 days) to ensure mutual fit
- Work is task-based and milestone-driven, supported by a friendly ops team
- All work is done remotely and asynchronously

What You’ll Be Doing

- Evaluate how well AI systems perform quality assurance-like tasks
- Help define what constitutes success and failure in test scenarios
- Draft or review tasks simulating real-world QA, testing, or bug-tracking workflows
- Collaborate with engineers and research teams to improve safety and reliability evaluation

Must-Have Qualifications

- 4+ years full-time experience in QA, software testing, or test engineering
- Familiarity with test plans, edge case thinking, or automated test pipelines
- Fluent in English and based in the U.S.
- Comfortable with remote work, async communication, and structured tasks
- Proficient using tools like video calls, shared docs, and upload platforms
- Able to work independently and manage timelines effectively

COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS

- Hourly pay: $38–$115 depending on experience and fit
- Paid bi-weekly
- Fully remote; flexible work hours
- Current employment in QA not required
