Software Test Engineer-Top Secret Cleared Jobs

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Software Test Engineer with backgrounds in National Security Space to join our SETA team in Colorado Springs, CO. For this effort we are providing support technical advisory services to the United States Space Force's Space Systems Command and Space Operations.

Program Overview

In this effort, you will be a part of a specialized team supporting Government weapon systems program offices with systems acquisitions and program management support on various capability development programs that are intended to protect and defend the Nation's most valuable space assets. Our team is at the forefront of the advising and assisting the Government throughout the full lifecycle of systems acquisition processes that enable in most instances, rapid fielding to meet warfighter needs. The goal is to provide new technological implementation/delivery that will aid in the effort to maintain space superiority with unmatched warfighting capabilities while disrupting adversaries in the contested space domain.

General Duties

· Manage the customer developmental test and evaluation program and collaborate on operational and, or integrated test and evaluation planning.

· Lead working groups and other teams on the formulation of test objectives, requirements and plan development.

· Provide DevSecOps test support to both factory and site development and acceptance testing.

· Document program test strategy and plans, test scenarios and test requirements

· Work with contractors to ensure developmental test objectives are consistent with applicable standards, instruction and policy.

· Work with Government developmental and operational test agencies/organizations to develop the adequate test methodology consistent with the program manager's expectations

Desired Skills

· Bachelor's degree and (8+) or more years of experience.

· Experience with supporting and/or managing test programs throughout the engineering life cycle.

· Familiarity of Scaled Agile Framework and, or DevSecOps development processes.

· Knowledge of Developmental Test & Evaluation (or Integrated Test & Evaluation).

· Active Top Secret Clearance or SCI preferred.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $170,000 ( compensation varies on position and relevant years of experience and education)
