Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Web Software Tester / QA Manager to ensure the functionality, design accuracy, and usability of our website across multiple browsers and devices. You’ll work closely with our development and content teams to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and user experience issues, and help maintain a polished and professional online presence.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular quality assurance testing on desktop and mobile versions of the website

Perform cross-browser and cross-device functionality testing

Verify that content (text, images, links, layout) appears and behaves as intended

Identify and document bugs, UI/UX issues, and inconsistencies with clear reproduction steps

Communicate feedback and testing results to developers and designers in a structured and timely manner

Ensure newly implemented features meet functional and aesthetic requirements before going live

Collaborate with the team on regression testing for ongoing development updates

Requirements

Proven experience in web testing / QA, ideally in e-commerce or social platforms

Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for both content and functionality issues

Familiarity with various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and mobile devices (iOS, Android)

Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA, Asana, TestRail)

Ability to document issues clearly and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, BrowserStack)

Familiarity with responsive web design principles

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

Prior experience with social commerce or content-heavy websites
