*Job Description**

Key Responsibilities

+ Establish and apply test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies to boost software quality and efficiency.

+ Build, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks for web and API testing.

+ Embrace and champion development methodologies that prioritize software quality through rigorous testing practices.

+ Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

+ Conduct API, UI, mobile, and database testing to ensure end-to-end quality.

+ Establish test metrics and benchmarks to measure software quality and process efficiency.

+ Guide and mentor test engineers on automation guidelines and advanced testing techniques.

+ Assess and deploy new testing technologies and tools to improve efficiency.

+ Ensure scalability, performance, and security testing strategies align with business needs.

+ Review and provide recommendations for improving test case coverage and defect prevention.

+ Contribute to shift-left testing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

*Qualifications:**

+ Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

+ Minimum Experience: 5+ years in software testing with at least 3+ years in a QA architect role.

+ Strong experience in test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.).

+ Expertise in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.

+ Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).

+ Deep understanding of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI).

+ Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).

+ Experience with mobile testing using Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.

+ Experience with cloud-based and containerized environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).

+ Proficiency in database testing using SQL queries.

+ Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and shift-left testing methodologies.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

*Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with AI/ML-based testing methods.

+ Familiarity with security testing tools and standard methodologies.

*Compensation and Benefits**

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
