Responsibilities and Duties

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric cardiac ICU patients
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
Adhere to established protocols and maintain patient safety standards
Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Desired Experience and Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), with cardiac PICU experience strongly preferred
Current certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, totaling approximately 36 hours per week
Willingness to float as needed and participate in rotational weekend schedules
