As a Lead Software Engineer, you will

• Design and implement robust technology solutions that ensure resiliency, stability, and operational excellence.
• Contribute effectively to the ongoing development, maintenance, and support of our existing systems and platforms.
• Provide direction and expertise in software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Promote innovative solutions while advocating for Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Collaborate with teams in architecture, infrastructure, and security to create high-quality solution designs.
• Assist in staffing strategies and provide valuable input on team performance.
• Take ownership of technology solutions, including proactive monitoring, alerting, and maintaining system health and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in application development.
• Strong grasp of current technology trends in software development.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a talent for mentoring and influencing peers.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in both GCP and AWS; familiarity with Redshift is a bonus.
• Full-stack expertise in Java development.
• Strong database management skills, particularly with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of WS02 and Dynatrace is beneficial.
