Position Overview

Pinnacle Staffing is seeking reliable and personable bartenders and servers to join our team for upcoming events. As an event-based bartender or server, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Currently hiring dedicated Holliday bartenders for a Holliday installation at Dezerland Park, must comply with this schedule for weekends only:

Fridays: 3:30pm - 9:15pm

Saturdays: 1:30pm - 9:15pm

Sundays: 12:30pm - 7:15pm

Until January.

$16/hr (no tips)*

Key Responsibilities

Bartenders

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the event's menu and specifications.
Ensure the bar area is stocked and clean, replenishing supplies as needed throughout the event.
Manage cash or tab transactions accurately and responsibly.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering suggestions or recommendations when needed.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, equipment, and surfaces.
Ensure all local, state, and federal alcohol regulations are adhered to at all times.
Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and intervene as necessary to maintain safety and compliance.
Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.

Servers

Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, providing an exceptional dining and event experience.
Take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and delivering orders promptly.
Assist with food and beverage preparation when necessary.
Ensure guests have everything they need throughout the event, including refills, additional items, and accommodations.
Clear and reset tables, maintaining a clean dining environment throughout the event.
Communicate effectively with other event staff to ensure smooth event operations.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the event space.
Ensure health and safety standards are followed while serving food and beverages.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
Must have a clean background
Must pass drug screen
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (where applicable).
Bartender applicants: TIPS certification or equivalent is a plus.
Server applicants: Food Handler certification is a plus.
