ServiceNow Developers and Architects (Future Opportunity)

Location: Ottawa, ON (On-site)

Overview

We are building a candidate pipeline for upcoming ServiceNow Developer and ServiceNow Architect opportunities supporting a confidential government project in Ottawa. Project details will be shared at later stages of the process.

These roles are on-site and ideal for professionals with strong ServiceNow experience who already hold a Secret clearance or are eligible to obtain one.

Key Responsibilities (may Include)

ServiceNow Developers

• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules
• Customize workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies and scripts
• Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems
• Support enhancements, troubleshooting and ongoing platform improvements

ServiceNow Architects

• Lead ServiceNow solution design and technical architecture
• Define platform standards, best practices and implementation approaches
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform (Developer or Architect level)
• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD or custom apps)
• Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
• Ability to work on-site in Ottawa
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA or equivalent)
• Experience supporting Government of Canada or regulated environments
• Experience working on long-term enterprise ServiceNow implementations
