Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Programmer to help lead the development and optimization of our HubSpot environment. This role involves building and designing advanced workflows, creating sophisticated dashboards for reporting and analytics, and writing custom code to enhance automation, integration, and CRM functionality. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Development teams to ensure HubSpot is configured to support strategic goals, streamline business processes, and unlock data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex HubSpot workflows to automate and optimize processes.
- Build advanced dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain custom coded solutions within HubSpot using HubL, JavaScript, and APIs to support integrations and advanced functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in workflows, scripts, and data flows within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement CRM enhancements.
- Maintain documentation and provide internal training where needed to ensure effective use of the platform.
- Stay current on HubSpot updates, features, and best practices.
Must-Have
- 2+ years of proven experience as a HubSpot Developer, CRM Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot workflows, dashboard creation, and custom-coded actions.
- Hands-on experience with HubL, JavaScript, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of data architecture, segmentation, and lifecycle automation in HubSpot.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Nice-To-Have
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., CMS for Developers, Workflow Automation, Reporting).
- Experience with other CRMs or automation tools.
- Familiarity with financial services or regulated environments.
