Duties

Enter, verify, and update data within multiple databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform meticulous data entry tasks using high-speed typing skills, ensuring minimal errors during transcription and documentation processes.
Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to facilitate quick retrieval of records and documents.
Collect, review, and validate data from various sources, ensuring consistency and correctness before input into systems.
Generate reports using pivot tables and Microsoft Excel to analyze data trends, support decision-making, and prepare summaries for management review.
Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing of transactions while adhering to company procedures.
Support clerical functions such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with team members on data collection projects, providing accurate information to support operational needs.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to data management workflows.

Skills

Strong proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel—enabling efficient data handling and report creation.
Excellent computer skills with the ability to perform fast typing (including order entry) and accurate data entry with attention to detail.
Experience with transcription, filing, and organizing large volumes of documents in both digital and physical formats.
Basic math skills for verifying numerical data accuracy during entry and reconciliation processes.
Prior clerical or administrative experience that demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with pivot tables in Excel for data analysis purposes.
Knowledge of office procedures including filing systems, document management, and record keeping best practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
