Job Title: Varonis Implementation

Job Description
We are seeking a leader for our Varonis implementation team. This role is project-focused and responsible for guiding a team of specialists in designing and deploying Varonis's Data Security Platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data security, DLP, and identity management, with a proven ability to lead complex data-centric security projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of specialists responsible for deploying and integrating the Varonis Data Security Platform
- Architect and design Varonis solution implementations for data classification, threat detection, and access governance
- Oversee a large-scale deployment project for Data Loss Prevention and data security posture management
- Develop implementation playbooks, configuration standards, and architectural designs for the team
- Serve as the lead technical consultant for business units on data security, risk, and compliance capabilities
- Manage project timelines and technical validation
- Drive evaluation and proof-of-concept testing for new data security technologies
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) leading complex security projects and engineering teams
- Expert-level skills in designing and deploying the Varonis Data Security Platform
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data protection architecture and project plans
- High-level industry certifications (e g, CISSP, CISM) or relevant Varonis certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
