Full Stack Developer - React JS & Node.js

Iris's client, one of the world's largest multinational investment banking and financial services corporation is looking to hire an Full Stack Developer - React JS & Node.js Our direct client is a is a world-leading financial services company, provides consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial services and products.

Title: Full Stack Developer - React JS & Node.js

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 24+ Months

Job Description

Must have

• 5+ years development experience with React, Redux, RxJS and Node.js used to build scalable server-side APIs and modern applications.
• Hands on experience designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting RESTful API and interface specifications (Swagger).
• Strong knowledge of relational database systems including MS SQL Server 2012-2016. Ability to create database schema to align with technical requirements of the initiative.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with DevOps such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, and other similar technologies.
• Experience in multi-tier applications based on Microsoft .NET technology stack including C#, .Net, .Net Core, MVC, Webforms, Web Services.
• Familiarity with Messaging Queue systems such as Solace.
• Experience working with Cloud technologies and developing applications for cloud deployment via Kubernetes/Docker. Familiar with micro-services architecture and API management
• Experience building applications delivered and executed in cloud (e.g. AWS, GCP, etc.)
