Key Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle software development for HRD systems, including FPPS, Quicktime, and other administrative applications.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure alignment with DOI/IBC security and compliance standards.
• Implement secure APIs, perform modernization of legacy systems, and oversee software quality across all development teams.
• Mentor developers and lead complex modernization efforts.

Required Skills

• U.S. Citizen eligible to pass a federal background investigation (NACI).
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise system development (Natural, Java, SQL).
• Experience in modernizing mainframe systems to open architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Software AG NaturalOne, Control-M, or RACF security.
• Agile SAFe certification or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
