Salesforce Developer
Location: Ottawa, ON
Work Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week onsite
Rate: $80/hr INC / $68/hr T4
Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with Agile Project Management
- Experience with Software Product Management
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and enhance custom Salesforce components and integrations.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Support and guide team members by sharing Salesforce technical expertise.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to development best practices and continuous process improvements.
