7+ years of experience with ServiceNow

Certified Application Developer & Certified System Administrator

Lead technical design sessions and guide development teams

Deep expertise in SecOps modules

Define integration strategies and ensure platform scalability

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Ensure compliance with security, performance, and governance standards

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with multi-module implementations

Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
