Senior Software Engineering Manager

Position Title: Technical Program Manager- Software Engineering

Client Tier: Tier 1

Location: Fairfax, VA

Onsite/Remote: Onsite

Clearance Required: Top Secret (TS), TS/SCI with CI Poly preferred

Note: The ideal candidate would be someone with a strong background in SW or DSP SW Engineering (ideally with a BS and MS in EE, CS, or CE). In addition, they should have transitioned into a Manager or Project Manager (PM) role.

Job Summary

The Technical Program Manager will play a crucial role in leading and managing a program’s day-to-day operations. The individual in this position will report directly to the D/PM (Deputy Program Manager) and support the program’s governance processes. The position requires high-level leadership, technical project management skills, and an understanding of both strategic and tactical action processes.

On-Site Requirement

Education & Experience

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (required).

• Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Proven experience in leadership and technical roles within the Intelligence Community (IC).

Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively in both government and industry settings.

• Professional Traits:

Ability to work in high-pressure environments, maintaining discretion and a positive team-oriented attitude.
