Senior Software Developer

Our company seeks a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to lead the development of complex software systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

• We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. You should also have experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and database management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) applications.
• Strong experience with BPM, SOA design and development, and Restful Web Services.
• Demonstrated expertise in web design and development, including Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX).
• Experience with IBM WebSphere and Liberty, as well as PDF development.
• A strong understanding of accessibility standards, particularly the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
