Wireless Software Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product development and/or technology management roles, including 3+ years in mobile and/or wireless space.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, document, and revise test plans and procedures and quality standards for software and hardware, focused on wireless products and related accessories.
Manage the cross-functional bug reporting and resolution process, ability to SW upgrade the devices using OEM tools.
Manage the test sample requirements and inventory.

The candidate should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, communication (verbal and written) skills, leadership skills, organizational/documentation skills. Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time. Experience with automation tools like Spirent or Eggplant and basic logging skills with QXDM and QCAT are also required.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence is a plus. Strong understanding of LTE and 5G RF and Core technologies is also required.
