Mobile Software Development Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Mobile Software Development Leader to be part of our mobile team. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, impactful mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and building process for cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to create seamless user experiences
• Translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive and user-friendly mobile experiences
• Take ownership of feature development from concept to deployment
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code with a focus on performance and usability
• Lead architectural decisions and mobile strategy
• Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions regarding cross-platform mobile applications
• Advocate for mobile best practices, accessibility, and performance improvements

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of professional hands-on experience with React Native
• Strong understanding of mobile design principles
• Experience integrating mobile apps with backend API services
• Experience with Expo
• Comfortable debugging complex issues across the mobile stack
• Familiarity with app deployment processes (App Store, Google Play)
• Strong testing and debugging skills; experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Technical leadership, creative problem solving, and high-quality communication skills
