Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned, results-oriented Vice President of Engineering to lead our global engineering teams. The chosen candidate will be a visionary and strategic leader who inspires high-performing teams and drives innovation.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience managing global technology teams with a core focus on agile software development, supporting critical Enterprise Technology. Experience running international engineering teams in India, EMEA, and the USA is necessary. Expertise in data management and cloud technology is preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering expertise and thought leadership in software development and testing.
  • Establish key goals and performance metrics for the product area.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to prioritize technical efforts and product features.
  • Establish a vision for our software development organization and identify areas of need and initiatives to improve the team's efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist customers with immediate issues and integrate their feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and share expertise on customers' evolving needs and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership experience managing global technology teams.
  • Experience running agile software development organizations comprised of multiple scrum teams.
  • Experience running international engineering teams in India, EMEA, and the USA.
  • Expertise in data management and cloud technology.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and agile delivery skills.
  • Proven record of accomplishment inspiring teams and creating a culture of inclusion and experimentation.
  • Influencing negotiation skills and collaboration mindset.
