Lead Automation Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Automation Engineer to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of software tests, ensuring the highest quality of our products. As a Lead Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, developing and executing automated tests, and prioritizing work based on ROI. You will also assess effort required for automation, ensure timely project delivery, and create databases of known defects.

Requirements

We require a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering or a related field, as well as five (5) years of experience as a QA Engineer or a related occupation. Candidates must have expertise in automation tools including Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, JUnit/TestNG, and Cucumber, as well as Java development skills, design patterns, best coding practices, and continuous integration concepts and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in designing, architecting, and developing Appium-based mobile automation frameworks for Android and iOS, using Jenkins, Git, and Maven, Python development skills, software testing methodologies, Scrum, and Agile processes will be considered preferred candidates.
