We’re looking for an experienced Project / Test Manager to lead grid systems implementation initiatives while providing strong test governance and lifecycle oversight. This is a high-impact role focused on delivery excellence and quality assurance—without hands-on testing.

Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid – local presence required)

Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)

Work Authorization: USC & Green Card candidates only

Job Summary

As a Project & Test Manager, you’ll own end-to-end project delivery while defining and governing testing strategy executed by third-party vendors. You’ll ensure alignment across scope, schedule, quality, and release readiness for complex IT/OT grid systems programs.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• 7+ years managing IT/OT implementation projects
• 3+ years in Project Management and/or Test Management roles
• Experience with grid systems / OT platforms (ADMS, DMS, EMS, OMS, GIS, Historian, or similar utility systems)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models
• Proven experience managing vendor-based / third-party testing programs
• Hands-off test governance experience (strategy, oversight, reporting—not execution)
• Proficiency with tools like HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, qTest, Grip
• Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process discipline
