Overview
1) Maintenance Technician – Orlando (Immediate Hire) Location: Orlando, FL (Near the Airport off Sandlake Rd)
Community Type: Rental apartment building community (~157 units 3 locations based in 1)
Position Type: Full-Time, Monday Through Friday 9am 5pm and on call.
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of an occupied rental community. This role will be responsible for work orders, unit turns, inspections, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Spanish Speaking is a Must.
Key Responsibilities
Daily maintenance and repairs for occupied units and common areas
Complete work orders and resident maintenance requests and invoice hours
Make-ready units for leasing (turns, punch lists, quality checks)
Routine inspections (building, safety, exterior/interior)
Assist with supervising vendors and special projects when needed
Maintain clean, safe, professional property standards
2) Maintenance Technician – Kissimmee (Future / Upcoming Need in April 2026)
Location: Kissimmee, FL (Old Dixie Hwy & Dunn Rd area)
Community Type: New construction rental community (2 apartment buildings + historic mansion / Office)
Position Type: Full-Time (Planned Hire) Monday Through Friday 9am 5pm and on call.
Summary
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for a brand-new rental community coming online soon. This role will help establish day-to-day maintenance operations, support resident needs, and maintain a high standard of quality throughout the property.Key Responsibilities:
Support new community maintenance operations and daily upkeep
Respond to resident work orders and service requests
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Assist with make-ready processes as units lease up
Support special projects, warranties, vendor coordination, and property presentations
Maintain and develop quality standards for a premium community environment
