Staff Software Engineer, Full-Stack

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Full-Stack to provide architectural leadership and hands-on expertise across all layers of their Grading Operations platform.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to production release

Maintain and extend the current tech stack, primarily .NET C#, with additional solutions in Python and Vue.js

Drive architectural decisions and mentor the team while tackling complex technical debt and high-impact issues

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience with backend software and microservices

Experience with Python for production-grade applications

Hands-on development and architectural experience with service-oriented and cloud systems

Proficiency in data modeling and database design, preferably with Postgres or SQL Server

Experience with DevOps tooling such as Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and AWS stack
