Software Engineer, Growth

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Growth (Full Stack).

Build and maintain systems for customer onboarding, shopping, and purchase flows for insurance marketplace products

Revamp pre-sale flows for new products and address technical debt across the shopping flow

Collaborate with product managers and designers to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates

At least 1 year of experience for Software Engineer I, or 3+ years for Software Engineer II in building production-grade software

Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and systems design

Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and iterate quickly on solutions

Comfortable working asynchronously with a global team

Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools and understand broader contexts
