Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain high-performance code for Operator Console services

Champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, and observability

Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex initiatives

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and a modern web framework

2+ years of experience deploying and managing applications in a Kubernetes environment

Experience mentoring engineers through code reviews and collaborative problem-solving

Expert-level knowledge of designing and building RESTful web APIs

Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including data modeling
