We’re partnering with a leading global Quant Trading firm—one of the largest market-making institutions operating across 100+ exchanges worldwide. They focus on liquidity, transparency, and market stability, and are looking for an elite AI Agents Developer to join their high-performing engineering team.

Role Overview

You’ll design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Python, integrating them into enterprise systems to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency. This role is deeply technical, highly collaborative, and central to improving internal productivity through advanced AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop robust AI agents using Python
Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise systems
Evaluate third-party AI services/frameworks
Improve the internal AI agent evaluation platform
Work cross-functionally to understand user needs
Perform debugging, optimization, and code reviews
Follow development best practices (Git, Confluence, etc.)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in CS, AI, or related field
3+ years of Python development
Hands-on experience building AI agents (commercial or open source)
Strong with AI/ML libraries and third-party integrations
Experience with enterprise tools: Git, Confluence, Slack
Excellent problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship)
