About the Role
In this opportunity as a Software Engineer - AI, you will:

  • Prepare and structure datasets for development, testing, and quality evaluation of AI features to ensure robust model performance and reliability

  • Implement AI performance metrics that support data-driven prioritization of iterative improvements and product enhancements

  • Translate prototypes into production-ready code under guidance from senior engineers, ensuring quality, maintainability, and scalability

  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and team ceremonies to deliver features collaboratively and efficiently

  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively learning new tools, frameworks, and best practices in AI/ML and software engineering


About You
You're a fit for the role of Software Engineer - AI if you have the following required qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in software engineering; at least 1 year focused on AI/ML​

  • Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)​

  • Strong understanding of machine learning principles, evaluation, and system design​

  • Knowledge of MLOps and the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered software applications ​

  • Experience integrating AI models into production systems using APIs and data pipelines​

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)​

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment​

  • Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams ​

  • Experience with AI-driven systems, agent-based architectures, or AI APIs from providers like OpenAI and Anthropic.​

  • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, or search-based AI.​

  • Domain knowledge in legal, tax, or accounting​

  • A portfolio of projects demonstrating creativity and skill building solutions with LLMs ​

  • Experience with data preparation and manipulation using tools and libraries for structuring datasets for machine learning applications

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in agile teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to team success

  • Passion for continuous learning and eagerness to expand your knowledge in AI/ML technologies, tools, and best practices

  • Attention to quality and detail with a commitment to writing maintainable code and implementing effective testing strategies
