Develop and execute software and hardware testing plans for electronic systems, ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Conduct thorough and detailed testing of electronic components, systems, and software to identify and resolve any flaws or defects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective testing protocols and procedures.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to management and other stakeholders.

Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to perform both manual and automated testing.

Design and maintain test fixtures and equipment to support testing processes.

Troubleshoot and debug complex electronic systems to identify and resolve issues.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve testing processes.

Participate in design reviews to provide input on potential testing challenges and solutions.

Mentor and train junior team members on testing procedures and best practices.

Proactively identify potential areas for improvement in the testing process and implement necessary changes.

Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in testing processes.

Collaborate with external suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and reliability of their components and products.

Participate in the development of new electronic systems and provide input on testing requirements and strategies.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and results.
