Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Lead to oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and development teams to ensure applications meet business requirements, usability standards, and quality benchmarks before production release.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end UAT cycles, ensuring test coverage across business processes.
• Work closely with business users to gather UAT requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Develop UAT test strategy, test plans, test scripts, and execution schedules.
• Coordinate UAT activities including test case execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and track issue resolution with QA and development teams.
• Provide regular status updates, metrics, and test summary reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure testing aligns with business objectives, user expectations, and compliance standards.
• Mentor and guide UAT testers, ensuring best practices in test execution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of UAT processes, methodologies, and tools (JIRA, HP ALM, or similar).
• Proven experience working with enterprise-scale applications (retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or financial domains preferred).
• Excellent skills in test planning, defect management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong ability to work with business and technical teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications
