Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Testing, API, Healthcare domain experience Roles & Responsibilities Handson test lead for portfolio working on multiple projects
- Manage overall program delivery.
- Coordination with Application Directors and Managers and ensure smooth delivery.
- Review the Forecasting and Capacity Planning
- Review the Estimation for Projects, Releases and break Fixes
- Review Test Strategy and test plan
- Review RCA of UAT Defects and Production Incidents.
- Track the daily status of ongoing projects.
- Follow up and ensure closure of project level risks and issues connecting with required project stakeholders
- Review KPI and monthly reports
- Conduct Weekly Status Reports with customers.
- Reviewing and adopting suitable tools and technologies
- Determining the resource requirements
- Drive onsite-offshore co-ordination and communication
- Drive Innovation and Service Improvement initiatives for the engagement.
- Knowledge management and training plan to close gaps
- Automation roadmap and savings plan
Salary Range $100,000-$130,000 year
