  • Assist the Receivables Management Business Process Owner with overseeing 20 field service centers
  • Provide in-depth analysis of operational collection issues
  • Provide technical collection support
  • Oversee personnel administration and facilities management
  • Act as a liaison with field managers
  • Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and Department policies and procedures
  • Liaise with the public to resolve complicated tax issues
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue with the General Tax Administration Program
  • Three years of experience in the General Tax Administration Program, Receivables Management Process as a Service Center Manager OR five years of experience in the General Tax Administration Program, Receivables Management Process as a Revenue Administrator III
