We are currently working with our client in Woodland Hills, CA who is looking for a temp-to-perm Sr. QA Software Tester to hire.

Sr. QA Software Tester.

Participate as a member of the Information Technology team responsible for developing and software test plans, automated test cases, verification and validation documents that will support various groups.

Test and assure the highest degree of quality in internal and external software programs using the requirement as required by SDLC and ISO software development methodology procedures..

Design and implement a better solution in our environment testing plan.

Design, functionality of code and test major features.

Analyzer requirements and solution.

Performs technical and hardware testing to support the development activities.

• Participate in design reviews, test plan reviews and document reviews.
• Develop and execute software test plans, designs, and automated test cases.
• Performs both-based automated testing and functional page by page analysis.
• Able to design and implement test cases in a rapid prototyping environment with minimal supervision.
• Generate and execute verification and validation protocols.
• Enter problems discovered into the error tracking system, verify problems and resolutions, update problems status in the tracking systems.
• Knowledge of verification and validation, design of experiment with ability to quickly absorb a new discipline.
• Perform work consistent with departmental SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field
• Demonstrated understanding of object-oriented programming skills.
• Minimum 3 - 6 years of hands-on software testing and QA experience.
• Visual Studio 2013/2019 and TFS environment.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and solving complex problems.
• Must demonstrate good communication skills.
• Must be highly motivated, creative and thorough.
• Solid experience with shell scripting.
• Familiar with various operating systems and networking, Unix and Windows platforms.
• Experience with Crystal Reports and MS Reporting Services.
• C++, Algorithm, Search Engine, GUI Development, Multithreading, Graphics, Database Interaction, Java Engineer, C# Programmer, C# Developer, .NET Developer, .NET Engineer, MSSQL as MS Visual Studio and development environment.

Microsoft Certifications a plus.
