Job description
Role: DB/ETL Testing Automation Test Engineer
Location: Jersey City, NJ/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid role – 3 days/week)
- Total Experience: 8–12 years in software testing and quality engineering
- Strong hands-on experience (Design, model, develop) with complex SQL queries - Oracle & SQL server (Minimum 5 years)
- Strong expertise in validating the data extraction, transformation and loading process
- Excellent proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge of Bitbucket-JIRA
- Able to support for DB test automation
- Automation Testing: Hands-on exp with Selenium WebDriver/Playwright
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira and Micro Focus Octane for test management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Banking/Finance domain knowledge and experience will be considered a strong advantage
