Front End Application Developer

Job Description

• Participates in the development and enhancement of front end software solutions by coding, testing, and troubleshooting applications to ensure functionality and alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to gather technical requirements, determine best practices, and deliver solutions that adhere to organizational standards and user needs.
• Analyzes and tests programs and products before deployment, ensuring compatibility, maintainability, and compliance with established guidelines.
• Contributes to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, supports team members through knowledge sharing, and identifies opportunities for process improvements.
• Executes front end development tasks requiring moderate to advanced expertise and judgement to drive outcomes.
• Applies independent decisions, typically guided by previous experience and knowledge to manage some ambiguity and deliver measurable impact on productivity.
• Generates ideas to enhance processes within own work area and resolves business, operational and technical front end development related problems within scope of responsibility.
• Fosters and strengthens relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, managers, and clients to achieve department or functional goals and drives innovation.
