Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming shopping environment
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Conduct engaging product demos of blind boxes to highlight features and generate excitement among shoppers
• Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional items or accessories to enhance their purchase experience
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices
• Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing stockroom supplies efficiently
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Support store operations by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or specialty retail environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience supervising or leading teams is advantageous but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and standing for extended periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication techniques in busy retail settings
• Basic math skills for balancing registers and managing cash accurately

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
