On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Software Developer - Full Stack for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Software Developer - Full Stack - Job Description:

This role involves working on a critical project focusing on enterprise integration and cloud platforms. The project includes designing, developing, and supporting integration flows and APIs using MuleSoft and other technologies, with a significant emphasis on cloud deployment using OpenShift/Kubernetes.

Senior Software Developer - Full Stack - Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver API development and integration solutions
• Determine requirements and design enterprise information structures and applications
• Recommend and maintain corporate policies and standards consistent with legislation
• Ensure security, privacy, and quality assurance requirements are met
• Develop and apply complex business and application models

Senior Software Developer - Full Stack - Mandatory Skills:

• Advanced experience with Apache Camel, MuleSoft, Enterprise Java, REST APIs, and data transformation technologies (JSON/XML)
• Expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes for containerized deployments
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting MuleSoft integration flows
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of fault-tolerant integration patterns
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices

Senior Software Developer - Full Stack – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, S3)
• Public sector experience
• Experience integrating enterprise applications
• Ability to produce clear architectural and technical documentation
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Senior Software Developer - Full Stack – Assignment Length:

This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension.
