On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Senior ServiceNow CSDM Developer- Software Developer - API - Senior for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior ServiceNow CSDM Developer- Software Developer - API - Senior - Job Description:

This role involves working on the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM frameworks. The developer will be responsible for defining CSDM data models and managing service portfolios and technical services. The project focuses on optimizing data governance and ensuring CMDB health through effective KPIs.

Senior ServiceNow CSDM Developer- Software Developer - API - Senior - Responsibilities:

Implement ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM frameworks
Define CSDM data models, service portfolios, and technical services
Design and enforce data governance and CMDB health KPIs
Conduct Service Mapping and align with Application Portfolio Management (APM) and ITOM/CSM
Collaborate with teams to ensure accessible and effective communication

Senior ServiceNow CSDM Developer- Software Developer - API - Senior - Mandatory Skills:

Minimum 5+ years implementing ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM frameworks
Hands-on expertise in defining CSDM data models
Proven ability to design and enforce data governance
Strong experience with Service Mapping
Experience in Application Portfolio Management (APM)
ITOM/CSM alignment experience
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Senior ServiceNow CSDM Developer- Software Developer - API - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:

ServiceNow CIS – CMDB or CSDM certification
Experience in a hybrid working environment
Familiarity with public sector projects
Advanced experience equivalent to ServiceNow certifications
Teamwork-oriented mindset

This is a 6 month contract position.
