Salary: $115,000 – $140,000

About the Role

Prepaire is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to develop secure backend systems and intuitive clinician-facing dashboards for the GenetiQ-HAiLO digital twin platform. This role combines system design, product thinking, and engineering excellence in a regulated healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain scalable backend APIs and services
• Develop clinician-facing dashboards and internal tools
• Integrate machine learning models into production systems
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and high availability
• Collaborate with product, data, and ML teams throughout the development lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• Backend experience with Python, Java, or Node.js
• Frontend experience with React or Angular
• Familiarity with DevOps, Kubernetes, and modern deployment practices
• Experience in healthcare SaaS or regulated environments is a strong plus

Education & Experience

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field
• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience
