Location: PoPó’s Local Bistro – Orlando, FL

Compensation: $11.00/hour + tips

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Part-time or Full-time available)

PoPó’s Local Bistro is a casual, vibrant eatery located in the heart of Orlando’s tourist district—just a block from iconic International Drive and steps from Universal Studios’ Endless Summer Resort. We serve fresh, American-inspired breakfast, brunch, and lunch in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere with indoor and pet-friendly outdoor seating. Our Grab-and-Go Market offers brewed coffees, muffins, and freshly packaged meals for guests on the move.

Position Overview

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers/Waiters to join our team! As a server at PoPó’s, you’ll create a warm and enjoyable dining experience for our guests by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service. Ideal candidates are team players with a positive attitude and a passion for food and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and guide them through the menu
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
Serve meals and beverages efficiently and with attention to detail
Monitor guest needs throughout their visit to ensure a positive experience
Handle payments and complete transactions accurately
Assist with table setups, cleaning, and resetting as needed
Maintain knowledge of daily specials and menu offerings
Support teammates and contribute to a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
Must be available to work mornings and early afternoons, Monday through Saturday
