Client Relations Ambassador - Adult Residential Healthcare

Role Overview

Seeking a Client Ambassador to support individuals on their recovery journey from mental health and co-occurring disorders. This in-person position involves ensuring client safety, facilitating activities, and supporting program needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe transportation and supervision of clients for daily activities and appointments.
• Utilize effective communication and intervention skills with clients, families, and staff, including crisis management.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, medication monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records.
• Maintain compliance with policies on infection control, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
• Support facility cleanliness, orientation of new residents, and monitor client participation in recovery activities.
• Complete administrative tasks like inventory management and supply ordering.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma/GED and 1+ year of related experience or a relevant degree.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.
• CPR/First Aid certification and current T.B. clearance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong communication, crisis management, and computer skills.
• Understanding of recovery principles and behavioral health practices.
