Who We Are

Pace Group creates fun, engaging product demonstrations inside major retail partners such as Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s Wholesale, plus large-scale events including NASCAR races, rodeos, fairs, expos, and home shows.

We showcase top-selling products across multiple categories and bring them to life through energetic live demos.

What You’ll Do

Engage customers with upbeat, compelling product demonstrations
Become a product expert—educate customers and answer questions
Create memorable in-store and event experiences
Meet and exceed weekly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing, high-energy individuals who love interacting with people
Reliable, professional, and goal-driven team members

Someone who thrives in fast-paced retail settings and can stand for extended periods
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and entrepreneurial spirit
Reliable transportation (not rideshare) for up to 40 miles of travel
Ability to work retail hours—including some holidays
A smartphone for basic work communication and reporting
